These terms cover the use of this website. They are not the terms of any engagement, which are set out separately in a signed proposal or letter of engagement.

Who we are. ANAA Associates LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Colorado, United States.
No advice. Nothing on this website is legal, tax, immigration, employment or investment advice, and nothing here creates a client relationship. Do not act on it without advice specific to your circumstances.
Accuracy. Cross border rules change frequently. We keep this site current to the best of our ability but make no warranty that any statement is accurate at the time you read it.
Engagements. Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written proposal or letter of engagement. Where those terms conflict with this page, those terms apply.
Fees quoted here. Prices shown on this site, including the Expansion Readiness Call, are indicative and may change. The price confirmed at the point of booking or in a written proposal is the one that applies.
Third party links. We link to a small number of external services, including our booking provider. We are not responsible for their content or their terms.
Intellectual property. The text, design, logo and marks on this site belong to ANAA Associates LLC. You may quote short extracts with attribution. Please ask before reproducing anything more substantial.
Liability. To the extent the law allows, we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on this website.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, and the courts of that State have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
