Expansion Readiness Call
Thirty focused minutes on the decision in front of you: which market, whether you need an entity, and what it actually costs to put someone there. You get a straight answer on the call and a one page written summary within two working days.
Why it is paid
The fee is there to keep the calendar clear for people with a real decision to make. It also changes what the call is. Nobody has to spend the first ten minutes qualifying you, so we can go straight to the specifics, and we are free to tell you not to do the thing you called about.
What it costs
If it becomes clear early on that we are not the right firm for this, we say so and refund the fee. If you go on to work with us, the $199 comes off your first invoice.
Bring the real question
The more specific it is, the more useful half an hour becomes.
- Which country first, and on what evidence rather than which one feels obvious.
- Whether you need an entity now or can employ someone and review it in a year.
- What a person in Dubai, Warsaw or Nairobi genuinely costs you over twelve months, fully loaded.
- Whether the contractor you have been paying in Romania since 2023 is a liability, and what fixing it involves.
- Why the distributor has gone quiet, and what your options are if the agreement is exclusive.
- Whether the tender you are looking at is realistic given the local presence it requires.
What happens
Before
You answer four short questions when booking: company size, the countries involved, what is already happening there, and what you want decided by the end of the call. Send anything relevant in advance, such as a distributor agreement, a contractor contract or a cost estimate you have put together, and we read it beforehand.
During
Thirty minutes on your situation. You get a direct answer, including a recommendation not to proceed yet if that is the honest one. There is no presentation and nothing to sit through.
After
Within two working days you receive a one page written summary covering what we discussed, what we would do in your position and what it would cost. It is yours to use, with us or without us.
Fit
Good fit
Companies of roughly 10 to 50 people that are already trading, hiring or selling across borders, or are about to be, with a specific decision to make in the next couple of quarters.
Not a fit
Pre revenue startups, requests for free introductions, and anything that needs regulated legal, tax or immigration advice. For the last of those we can point you to a licensed firm without taking a fee for it.
Questions people ask
Is this just a sales call with a price on it?
No. The written summary is the deliverable, and it is written to be useful whether or not you engage us. If we cannot help, the call ends early and the fee is refunded.
Can more than one person join?
Yes. Two or three people from the same company is usually better, particularly if the decision needs a finance view as well as a commercial one.
What if we need longer?
Some situations do. If it becomes clear that half an hour will not cover it, we will say so on the call and propose a scoped piece of work instead of quietly running over.
Do you sign an NDA first?
Yes, on request and at no cost. Send yours when you book, or ask us for ours.
Would rather write than talk?
Send an enquiry instead. It costs nothing, we read it ourselves, and we reply within one working day.
