Privacy notice

• What we collect. Whatever you type into the enquiry form: name, work email, company, optional company size, countries and topic, and your message. If you book a call, the booking provider collects your name, email and the answers to the booking questions.
• Why. To reply to you and to carry out any work you go on to instruct. That is a legitimate interest under UK and EU data protection law, and a contractual necessity once you engage us.
• Marketing. We do not add enquiries to a marketing list and we do not send unsolicited campaigns.
• Sharing. We do not sell or rent your information. Where a piece of work requires it, we share what is necessary with the local law, tax, immigration or employment firm handling it, and we tell you who they are first.
• Processors. Our website host, our email provider and our booking provider process data on our behalf under their own terms.
• Retention. Enquiries that do not become work are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for the period our professional and tax obligations require.
• Cookies. This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies and runs no analytics profiling. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of that request.
• Your rights. You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@anaa.associates and we will respond within 30 days.
• Transfers. We are established in the United States and work with partners across EMEA, so information you send may be processed outside your own country. Where that involves personal data from the UK or EEA we rely on standard contractual clauses with the parties concerned.
